In Italy "Cantine Aperte" is the most important event having as protagonists wine, people and their territory.

Since 17 years in the last Sunday of May the wineries welcome tourists and people living in the area in order to have a direct contact with wine lovers.

- Pecorino from Norcia (Cheese)
- Porchetta from Bevagna
- Cold Cuts and legumes
