The Spumante Brut Rosé is a refined blend of Sangiovese and other red grapes from the area, vinified using the Martinotti method. With a pale pink color, it offers a bouquet of wild strawberries, grapefruit, and wild rose. On the palate, it is balanced, structured, and fresh, with an elegant minerality. Ideal with fresh fish, aperitifs, dips, and fresh cheeses. Served at 6-8°C, with a potential aging potential of two years, it is an excellent choice for toasts and convivial occasions.
